So glad our paths crossed, my friend.

Forgive me for not using this space to rattle off a list of accomplishments. There’s something more important I want you to know.

You don’t need a life coach, a blueprint, or a matchmaker to build a life that feels good and free. You need conditions that allow you to see and hear yourself more clearly — and the freedom to trust what you find there.

That’s the work I do at Modern Day Mirror. I make space for us to get curious about being human together.

Sometimes that’s one-on-one, where we explore the dreams that feel too scary to claim. Sometimes it’s in a room full of strangers whose stories help us better understand our own.

Inside these spaces, we get to change our minds, surprise ourselves, meet people we wouldn’t normally meet, and follow what feels alive.
